Nate FortnerNate Fortner lives in Boaz, AL. He is an author, speaker, songwriter, and owner of Whosoever Press. His books, "Teaching Christians to Pray the Bible Way", and "Praying the Names of Elohim", focus on prayer. He has also authored a book for authors entitled "Easy Book Promotion".

Alice DuckettAs an Educator with 31 years of teaching experience the Shadowpurr-r-rPress Author worked mostly in Marshall County, Albertville City School Systems of Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida. She is the Author of two books... "Digging From Attics to Basements" - a how-to workbook on compiling Family History for children, and "One Step At A Time" - which encourages children to use "Thought Process" and solve their problems through thinking things out. The Books accompany my Speaking Platform. I enjoy presenting stories, readings and special programs in school settings. I am also working on a series of nostalgic vignettes about growing up in rural North Georgia.
**My newest project, just completed, is a CD of original story readings about Christmas, the seasons and childhood experiences. The CD is a recording of 12 original stories in the Spoken Word genre called "Slices of Life" sure to jog your memory of your own stories to preserve! |
Ida Lee "Snookie" Hodge and Benita Abercrombie
Snookie Hodge is the author of three books. Born in 1940, she wrote and illustrated for school and community newspapers during her schooling and career. She married in 1959 and has four children. She had a successful medical career until her retirement in 2004. She now lives in Montevallo, AL.

Benita Abercrombie is the coauthor of "Sandbox Treasures". She was born in 1961, married in 1975, and has three children and six grandchildren. She has been involved in many adventures, including promoting Home Schooling, sponsoring and coordinating school activities, and working with The Red Cross, city orphanage, and home for battered women. She lives near Arley, AL.
